There are times when putting these shows together that they lean more one way than the other. This was a show that contained the ingredients to make it timeless, but with more of an emphasis on Classic. I love the Classics and I was a huge fan of them as a kid. I was playing the air guitar at I think age 3 and mastered the air drums to 2112 by Rush. (Kidding…..) But Classic best describes #44
Early Influences
My first piece of vinyl was Led Zeppelin IV, followed by AC/DC – Back in Black…and then I was hooked on Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band. In this show, you will hear 2 tracks from Seger that are blended together perfectly as though you were hearing them on the CD. It was great to relive those memories during this show. Also, the early Aerosmith that I owned was all on cassettes. This is where the tape collection began, and the love for Rock and Roll was well on it’s way.
Diversity
In a lot of the shows that I have produced as of late (with hardly any voice or a full voice) I have made sure that the selection of tracks is “random” and not so that the show gets set up in a genre or era related status. I like it mixed from all angles. This is another show that shows that the selections and what fits together even though they are years apart still sounds great after all this time.

Great things coming soon…
As I have mentioned over the past few weeks, the Studio for Random Access Radio could be moving. This move is confirmed at this point and the new home will be “Under Construction” during the month of December. This could cause a few blips in the schedule, so make sure you check the calendar for any adjustments in shows. Also, the new home will include more microphones, a few TV monitors, and more video cameras for more angles for the show. (At least that is what I want) So, stand by and continue to follow up at Twitter and Facebook for all the latest on what is happening around RAR.
